Our Intent
We live in unprecedented and challenging times, which is disrupting and changing the way many of us live. It has undoubtedly brought on worries and stress. And we at CLEAR want to help you alleviate that pressure and overcome these adversities by developing your resilience.
For 14 days, we will bring you a first-of-its-kind Resilience Challenge jointly created with experts from the Resilience Research Center. This series covers topics such as mindfulness, building your unique identity and demonstrating your abilities. Each day, you will receive a daily dose of short video content along with activities that will help you put these skills to practice.

PHILIP JEFFERIES, Ph.D.
Chartered psychologist, scientist & research fellow at the Resilience Research Centre in Dalhousie University. Undertakes research focused on improving the resilience, health, and well-being of individuals and communities. His work is published in international scholarly journals, reports & books.
MICHAEL UNGAR, Ph.D
Professor of social work at Dalhousie University & co-founder of the Resilience Research Centre, with over 180 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on the subject of Resilience and is the author of 15 books for mental health professionals, researchers and lay audience.
SILJA LITVIN
CEO & founder of PsycApps, Ph.D. candidate, honorary Research Associate at UCL in London & clinical psychologist. Has multiple articles published in peer-reviewed journals and two evidence-based mobile mental health applications making her one of the UK’s leaders in mobile mental health.
